can you leave the delivery with my neighbour or on my property
we can pass information onto the courier for special delivery instructions but cant guarantee they will be carried out. We can not in any circumstances leave your product with a neighbour.

Returning an unwanted items
you can return an item providing it is in a saleable and unopened condition. Please see ur returns policy for a more comprehensive overview. To return a product you have to first submit a request in writing by going to the contact us section of our site. when you receive a email back follow the Instructions forwarded to you by one of our friendly staff.
