This hassle-free aquarium has all the great features of the original BiOrb, only it's bigger!
BiOrb's unique filter design combines mechanical, chemical and biological filtration to keep the water healthy and clear. Powerful circulation ensures a good supply of oxygen and no 'dead spots' in the aquarium.
Maintenance is reduced thanks to the easy change cartridge system. Special porous ceramic media provides 1st stage biological filtration and negates the need for aquarium gravel. The Service Kit contains a replacement filter cartridge, cleaning pad and water preparation chemicals; no need to buy boxes of filter media or bottles of chemicals!
Available in silver as standard.

As with the original BiOrb, a tropical heater can be added to the BiOrb 60 Litre Aquarium for an extra Ā£20. Select from the drop down options at the bottom to add this to your order. It contains the heater stand and a 50 Watt heater. This is all you need to create a tropical environment in your BiOrb bowl.
The BiOrb 60 Tropical kit we offer is, just like the BiOrb 30 and its tropical version here on The Aquarium Shop, a simple addition of a 50W heater to the coldwater version. Reef-One also manufactures a truly 'Smart' tropical BiOrb 60. This BiOrb comes equipped with a smart lighting system, regulated by a 12 Volt Microprocessor chip. It simulates sunrise, full daylight, sunset and moonlight at night to recreate that natural environment tropical fish love most. This light version is equipped with long-life high intensity LEDs as oppose to the coldwater's halogen light. The LEDs will go on for 50,000 hours (nearly 6 years) before burning out. It also features a microprocessor controlled 'i-Heat' tropical heater which doesn't contain any glass like conventional heaters and also runs safely on 12 Volts.
